Spanish Dancing is for male and female starting from the age of 6. I also offer adult classes as well as private lessons. It is a dance form which teaches coordination(motor movement), musicality and improves posture as well as rhythm. It also teaches discipline and improves self confidence. You learn to play with castanets and we do sevillanas. The syllabus includes: flamenco, and regional.

- Structural Leader (Sydney)
With the Building Group Leader we are looking to target individuals with:
- A “structures” bias as opposed to building services
- A high profile in the industry and the ability to bring large clients. They could be Melbourne or Sydney based
- The role will require someone with resilience and toughness to come from the market probably from a leading contractor or a D&C
- This is a great opportunity to set up a team backed by a strong formal order book with good support from the Structures and Building Services teams. The appointee should have the ability to pull these teams together and to run them as an integrated unit
- People management is very important as well as risk management expertise and a strong commercial focus.
For Building Services we are looking for Mechanical & Electrical Engineers with the following:
- Presence and respect in the industry as a leader with strong technical skills
- At least 12-15 years of solid electrical or mechanical experience, if not more, to support their sound technical reputation
- We are less concerned about business development, technical credibility is the key and they must be very strong in design
- Communication acumen
